Plasma Chambers

Microwaves are widely used to energize many types of high pressure and atmospheric gas plasma systems. Solid state generators offer precise control, tuning, stability, and superior reliability as compared to magnetron generators. Crescend generators provide patented (US Patent 11,646,177) exclusive features specific to automatic plasma ignition, maintenance, and control.  Our high-power L-band (915 MHz) generators can achieve much higher production rates than lower power S-Band (2450 MHz) systems. Our generators support both single mode and multimode cavities. 

Crescend microwave generators are often used with customer-designed proprietary plasma devices.
